As an international social media trainer and personal brand expert, Greg Fry regularly gives talks and workshops on social media, social business strategy, and social customer service, including how to get the most out of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
He believes that social media is a crucially important part of any business; that one must identify the social media goals for one’s business, define and refine clear strategic social media plans and tactics, create outstanding content, and make sure that everything is measurable in order to make social media work for one’s business.
Alongside his workshops, Greg also works as a Social Business and Content Consultant and has worked with top multinational companies including Ulster Bank, Microsoft, Fáilte Ireland, UPC, Abbott Labs, Symantec, and Coca-Cola Hellenic. He also lectures at several top institutions such as the Digital Marketing Institute, SureSkills, and the Digital Skills Academy.
